Information throughout the web site of dotautoparts.com is subject to change without notice. *Due to DOT regulation, headlights with amber reflector would be shipped without prior notice whichever applied.

We accept US issued major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card) or payments through verified PayPal accounts with confirmed address.


ORDER PROCESS & SHIPPING
  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days unless your ordered item is on back order. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
  • All orders will be shipped by UPS/FedEx/USPS, ground, two day or one day deliver. The tracking number will be emailed to you upon request.


  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • No returns will be accepted after 10 days of purchase receipt.
  • No refund/exchange will be issued on used or customized items, so please order carefully.
  • You may return or exchange any unopened products that are in good and resalable condition. Returns are subject to 25 percent restocking fee. The shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • Any return must be authorized by first contacting customer service at dotautoparts.com. Please include your name, order number, item description and the reason for return in your email to sales@dotautoparts.com. No RMA number will be given by phone.
  • An RMA number will be issued for an authorized return via email.
  • All returns must be sent back at customer's own expense to our warehouse NOT our Ohio office. dotautoparts.com is not responsible for any unauthorized return merchandise.
  • We don't accept COD for the returns.


  • LOST/DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
  • All claims for lost or damaged shipment must be reported within 24 hours to dotautoparts.com via sales@dotautoparts.com from the day the order received. Otherwise, dotautoparts is not responsible for such claim. We will investigate the error, prepare the necessary documents and make the arrangements required to correct the error.
  • Damaged shipments should also be addressed directly to the freight carrier by recipient. Most carriers require damage claims to be filed by the receiver. However, you may contact Customer Service at dotautoparts.com to help facilitate your claim.
  • We will contact the carrier to have your lost shipment tracked. we are committed to working with you to resolve problems that result from carrier error or mishandling.
