Q. Is your auto light selling in pair?
Yes, all of our headlights, tail lights, corner lights, and side mirrors are sold in a complete set including the left and right sides (except the third brake light).
Q. Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship to the Unite State and Canadian addresses. If you are from other countries, you can still order from us by using a third party carrier such as http://www.shipping-international.com/ and http://www.bellair.com/. Important: you are required to use the Google Checkout or PayPal method to make the payment for international orders.
Q. What is your shipping Method and cost?
We charge $24.98 flat US domestic ground shipping within the 48 states. Customer from Canada and other US states can add the items in the shopping cart and put your state/province then update the shopping cart to see the shipping cost. We only use ground shipping at this moment
Q. How long should I expect to receive the order?
It usually takes 2-4 business days to process the order and it will take another 3-5 business days for the shipping company to ship to your location. Our warehouses are located in the LA area.
Q. Do you provide installation instructions?
Most of the aftermarket auto lights are not come with the installation instructions. Professional installation is always recommended. However, please see our Resources page for some online information we collected.
Q. Where should I wire the LED lights?
The LED lights are usually wire into the parking lights.
Q. Is my purchase street legal?
As state law varies from state to state, country to country, we cannot be liable for any legal issues which may arise due to the use of products. Buyer assumes responsibility for any violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of our products. Please check your local laws and research the item to make sure you are purchasing the correct items.
Q. How about I received the wrong product or defective item?
Though it rarely happens, if the item(s) you purchased does not fit or function as intend due to manufacturer's defect or whatsoever reason, we will gladly replace it at no charge. You are required to email us the picture(s) to show the defective or wrong item. We will issue you an RMA number for the exchange process.
It is necessary that we must first receive the product(s), and examine the defective merchandise before an exchange, or refund is processed.
Q. What is my order number?
To speed up the responds time, we encourage you always have your order number handy when calling or emailing us. The order number can be found in the subject line of your order confirmation email.
